I had a repeat job for some A6 cards that required drill holes in them. My client supplied me with a separate file containing a guide for drill holes but the drill holes were not included in the artwork files. This created a repeat scenario where I would submit the order, the artwork would get rejected, I'd explain that the drill hole positioning file had been supplied separately, and the order would go back into production.  Thanks to the artFIX team, we were able to apply the drill holes directly to the artwork to help avoid the cycle going forward. Recently CMYKhub produced a booklet job for me that was the biggest job I'd done with them this year. Unfortunately, the artwork I received from my customer had an issue that I didn't notice and the job went through production and delivery on schedule.
