What is wide format?Wide format printing is as the name suggests, for large area images and graphics. The most common type of wide format printing is signage and display used for communication or advertising in public settings. This printing method can also be used when the substrate and ink is required for durability or UV resistance.

How is it produced?
Each of our production machines utilise UV inks, which dry instantly and can be displayed outdoors for up to 2 years. Add a Polymeric laminate to the surface and it’ll be UV resistant for up to 5 years.
Flatbed printing for printing direct to rigid substrates up to 1200x2400mm in area and 10mm thick. Products include temporary and permanent signage, packaging and point of sale displays.
Roll to roll printing feeds off a 50m roll of media and prints as the material feeds through the machine, then back onto a roll. The roll widths vary depending on the substrate. Banners can be produced 2250x5000mm, Posters 1500x3000mm, Adhesives 1325x5000mm.
A cutting table provides the finish to the printed product. It doesn’t just cut the substrate to the finished size, it can be utilised to cut to any shape or manufacture the product into a free-standing or three dimensional object.
