We've introduced three service categories in HubLink, giving you more control over how your jobs are scheduled, priced, and prioritised. Whether you need it fast, flexible, or somewhere in between — now you get to choose.

Concierge – Premium Care for Urgent Jobs
Prioritised handling, personal support, and limited Free ArtFix included.
- When timing really matters, Concierge ensures your job stands out among the 800+ orders moving through our hubs each day — with personal attention from start to finish.
- Flagged across all departments: Prepress, Planning, Print, Finishing, and Dispatch
- Minor file issues? We'll fix them for free (where possible)
- Your CMYKhub Orders Rep actively monitors the job and can help with urgent courier arrangements
- Where viable, we'll move your job ahead in the queue — though some products (like offset gang runs) still follow fixed print days
- PLEASE NOTE: If your job has a strict deadline, consult the Orders Team or refer to the Print Schedule to confirm suitability and delivery timing
- Cost: Concierge is available for a small fee — $15 plus 3% of the job value

Default – Fast, Reliable Turnaround
The service you already know and trust — standard turnaround for most print jobs.
- Default is how most CMYKhub jobs are produced today. It's fast, dependable, and designed for consistent quality across all hubs.
- Scheduled using our standard turnaround times
- Suitable for everyday client work, campaigns, business stationery, and more
- Optional add-ons like artFIX or courier upgrades available if needed
- If your deadline shifts, you can escalate to Concierge at any time — simply contact the Orders Team (charges apply)

Economy – Budget-Friendly with Scheduled Delays
Delayed dispatch for cost-conscious jobs — scheduled for the print run after next.
- Economy is your value-first option, designed for jobs where turnaround is flexible.
- Scheduled for the second available print run, giving us more batching flexibility
- Helps reduce production pressure and pass savings back to you
- Automatically applies a 5% discount on the job total
- Optional services like artFIX or express freight available if required
